The cashier mentioned that if the item hadn't been opened, they would likely accept the return. I explained that it hadn't been used and was open when I bought it. She then called another associate, who tried to convince me to pay over $45 for a program that would extend the return period. The associate provided the manager's phone number, but I quickly realized that Best Buy's size might be affecting their quality of customer service. When I called the Sioux City store, I was routed to a call center where a representative inaccurately claimed the item was still within the 15-day return policy. While the return policy makes sense for electronics, it doesn't seem fair for other items. Based on this experience, I can't recommend shopping at Best Buy, particularly the Sioux City location. They appear too large to prioritize excellent customer service.

Terrible design

Poor quality
