This is the ONLY case brand my family uses on our phones. Because of this case, I was able to keep my last phone SEVEN YEARS and looking brand new due to this case. Although, when I called the general "800" number, they could order it. They did move my data to the new phone at the store (I'm a TotalTech member) but did not exchange the SIM card.

Rough edges are good for slip resistant but if u hold for an extended period its feels sharp on ur fingers. I luke it keeps the camera lens and screen recessed to protect from drops
