We are more than satisfied with this purchase.

Not too bulky, but covers all of the edges. The flip-down for the USB is a little weird, but it will protect the port, and that is what matters.

The first one was not cut right and I returned it because the back wouldn't sit flat. The one I replaced it with is much better but overall still lacks proper fitment. I need one with a charging port cover so I kept it but if you don't need a charging port cover I would spend money on another brand.

If you find you would prefer a different type of case that also has a covered charge port, we do have the Defender Series and the Defender Pro Series that also offer this charge port cover option for your device.

I've had a number of phone cases and none of them can compare to the otter box. Holds the phone secure and yet all the buttons are readily available.

Likely just a defect in this specific one. I like the charger cover since my last phone got moisture in the charging port and stopped charging.

Already did its job--I dropped phone getting used to the larger size phone. I upgraded from S7 to S23+. No damage thanks to the hard case (and screen protector).
