I also have the issue with charging port doesn't fit. First case I bought from Best Buy. So after a week I decided to due a exchange through otterbox.com. Just checked manufacture defect. Replacement has the same issue as the first, the charging port not fitting. Really it's not a big deal, but I did have to pay 10 bucks for shipping. Nevertheless I would not recommend this product.
