OtterBox has been a trusted accessory for my Apple devices since my iPhone 4s. And over 10 years later, they do not disappoint. I got this case for my iPad mini 6 as I like to have some grip to the case for me to read or hold with one hand. Like all OoterBox cases, there is the back plate, front frame and a rubber outer edge. There is also a cut out on the right side to allow for the Apple Pencil to charge. I know for sure that there will be no damage to the iPad if I were to drop it. Now it does not have a screen protector like older cases, so you do have to buy one separately. Overall, very happy with this case.

A little weird fitting, typical of Otterboxes. The rubber gets stretched out from the hard plastic, and bubbles form. I don't like the pencil charging flap, it feels flimsy and I'm concerned for its breaking. Bulky, but that's kinda the point. Unfortunately, there aren't many other options for the iPad mini.

The OtterBox fits well, was easy to install, and prevents damage if dropped. Very pleased with it. I use it on my iPad mini.

I chose this case because I wanted maximum protection, not something slim or stylish. It feels rugged and secure, and it gives me confidence carrying the iPad around without worrying about drops. The tradeoff is added bulk, but that’s expected with a Defender-style case. If protection is your priority, this one delivers.

This case is typical of the other Defender cases that I have had over the years. I have used Otterbox Defender cases on all of my Apple devices for almost twenty years. They do add a bit of size and weight but they seem to protect and they allow a better grip surface for my hands.

Case was easy to install and has saved the iPad from a few falls already. The outer hard shell stand was a bit confusing to figure out but once we did it works well.

I had to buy it to protect my investment as I am clumsy and dropping my iPad phone and other devices braking it. I’m glad I did invest in this product

Overall, it’s a good case. They protection is outstanding however, having to take the case apart and put it back together to use it makes it a little bit annoying. If protection is what you’re looking for then this is great for you if convenience is your thing look elsewhere.

This case is great really rugged but not bulky it’s great if you have little ones that might get ahold of your device really recommend it

I give this iPad mini case three out of five stars. While it provides decent protection for the device, the removal of the cover is not convenient, especially when using the iPad in the field. The case feels secure, but it’s a hassle to get the cover on and off, which makes it less practical for quick access. It may work well for casual use, but if you’re looking for something that’s easy to manage on the go, this case might not be the best choice. Having the apple pencil made the experience worse since you had to move it to another location when attaching the cover.

This is an excellent protection cover for the IPad mini that features a fold down stand and place to store an IPAD pen. My device fits very nicely inside case and lightweight.

I still like my Otterbox except the little hinged section that protects my Apple Pencil broke off or came off and got lost. Now my Pencil keeps getting dislodged from my iPad and I’m afraid I will lose it. :-( I’m hoping that Otterbox can supply me with a new hinged cover for my Pencil.

I need strongest case possible since I have peripheral neuropathy of the hands and drop things. My hands can no longer grasp tightly on a phone , iPad mini, or full size iPad
