Great case but holster has rough edges

I contacted OtterBox and they want me to pay shipping to send back the clip to see if I can get a new one without rough edges. I'm not paying $12.95 for shipping to return a faulty product. They then suggested that I take it back to Best buy and see if they can do anything about the faulty clip. I don't think it's Best buy's fault. It's OtterBox's fault and OtterBox should cover the shipping. The associated OtterBox was patronizing to say the least. I think I'll be seeking another brand of phone case in the future. But as far as the case itself, I'm quite pleased with how it feels. It has a good grip. It feels in your hand like something between silicone and plastic. It doesn't add any weight to the phone and the buttons on the side are easier to push than some other models in the past. I also think this case is overpriced.

I mean the rubber comes undone a little and you have to push it back into place. This just occurs from putting the device in your pocket and taking it out. I have had similar issues with other OtterBox cases.

I only had one issue with it which is when I would need to take off to get to my memory card or anything it was a bit difficult to do that but completely worth it considering my phone is in one piece.
