The phone drops out of the holster almost every day, and there are already scratches in the frame around the camera. For comparison, I only dropped my previous phone once in the entire 4 years I had it. The case is still better than the others due to having a cover for the USB port. They could have charged the same price for just the case without the holster and the phone would have been safer.

There is a large gap between the phone and the plastic case that causes the phone to move around in the case and make a rattle noise. On top of that, I would assume this gap would impact the shock/drop protection that the case offers. I have exchanged the case for the another one, and the new one had the exact same problem. This seems to be a quality control issue on the manufacturing end. Going through the manufacturing results in useless warranty claims that charge you for shipping. Very poor customer service. I will not be using this brand to protect my devices going forward.
