This has been the best accessory I have purchased for any of my mobile devices! I have an iPad Pro and was very protective of it. However, with a little one running around the possibility of it falling or getting wet from a spilled cup was too worrisome. Bought this to withstand everyday use but also any accidents. Works great, makes the iPad a bit bulkier but I don’t mind it since I knew I wanted the protection. The design is simple and very Saturday. Takes a while to put on as it has lots of secured edges and corners. Apple Pencil still works through the screen protector also! It has a little flap that can open to allow charging for the Apple Pencil. I truly feel better about my iPad protection with this.

The build quality is very good and it feels good in hand. This case is very durable and stylish with great functionality for the 12” iPad Pro and works better than I expected. I would have chosen another color if it was available but the black is very professional.

This case really protects the IPAD Pro 12.9 inch. Also accommodated the Apple Pencil, there is a flap for the pencil to go and charge, if you don't use the pencil then the flap can be secured. A little heavy but protects the IPAD, also came with a screen protector.

I purchased this Otterbox Defender for my iPad because I have always had good luck with them. I read how easy an iPad can bend, but I would never put it in that situation to experience it to bend. The best solution for me was to purchase an Otterbox. It provides awesome protection. It’s a bit heavy, but I want that extra security since iPads aren’t cheap. Also, it allows for the Apple Pencil (2nd Gen) to be stored and/or charged while the iPad is in the case. Personally, I remove the plastic screen cover because I always use a ZAGG Screen Protector. I am very satisfied with this product. Also, got it on sale AND had Best Buy Rewards to put towards it! Sweet!

This Otterbox fits my 12.9” latest model iPad Pro perfectly. Drop proof protection a plus. Easy to snap installation. Makes this real sturdy, since alone w/o any protective case, the 12.9” is really slim iPad Pro could be prone to bending; well this fits the bill to prevent that from happening! I usually carry it around without the snap on stand cover. I watched several YouTube videos and I had to laugh how they couldn’t make the case work correctly. Just simply relax and confidently snap the case on & it will work perfectly for you! I did not need to have to put on a separate tempered glass as with other cases, i.e., UAG cases with exposed glass. which require the extra cost of the glass adhesive protector. The Otterbox screen is built-in (saving you $ as you do not need an extra glass protector) and it will still gives you touch sensitivity and face recognition very easily. Yes, I highly recommend this Otterbox 12.9” latest model 2018, this is so perfect fit! The camera cutout are lined up perfect, as well as the Apple logo, and yes, the right side pencil holder recharger works great too!

I'm a BIG fan of Otterbox Defender cases. Functional and high degree of protection for the device. These cases have protected my phones and tablets for many years. PROs: Its an OtterBox Defender line, so the Gold Standard for protection. CONs: Wish the separate stand was like the smaller iPad Defender cases where you could get three angles: 90deg, 20deg, and the improvised 70deg. You can't get the improvised 70deg angle w/ the iPad Pro Defender stand. If they could make the case to fire the speaker sounds to the front; that would make the case AWESOME. Only one case maker (Targus VersaVu, model THZ651GL) has this feature and its great; the sound gets directed to you vs. floating away from you w/ all other cases or a "naked" iPad. The rubber flap covering the USB port. Wish it was made a little weaker, so there was nearly no pressure on the usb cable when charging. Don't know if the pressure from the rubber flap will cause any longterm issues. Other cases that have a similar flap design put even more pressure on the cable when connected. I guess one could just cut the flap off to be safe, but that would become a weak point for the case, esp for accidental liquid spills. So a catch 22 if you cut this flap off. No Comment: Built-in pencil charging/holder section. I don't have this accessory so I can't comment.

Wanted the best protection I could get for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch. The lid has a stand that I use daily. Yes it’s a little bulky, but the device is large and I wouldn’t expect any less to protect. It is pricey, but it is protecting a pricey device. Well worth it.

Had a small crack in the bottom bezel of my display, not on the screen, so I went from using a leather portfolio case to this one and WOW... this case is amazing, the protection is unmatched and It allows for my hairline crack on my display to not spread onto my screen as well. I LOVE the screen protector as well as the hard shell outer case for using when I’m traveling and It keeps It safe in my bag or backpack. Would 10/10 recommend and although it’s $129, It really looks good, feels good, and protects it better than anything else on the market in my opinion.

Fits well, Great drop protection. Need this for a very expensive iPad. it protects well, goes on fairly easy and has an included cover/stand.

I only trust otterbox for my protective cases. I’ve had them on all my phones and other iPads. Just like you’ve come to expect from otter box, this is a GREAT case. Keeps my $1100 iPad protected and secure. My only issue, and the reason I’ve dinged it one star, is the back of the case you can use as a stand. There is only 2 viewing angles, either not angled enough or so much so it risks falling over. Besides my little nit peaking issue, this is a great case.

I waited for a deal because of the higher price. Well then I did the price matching and with other coupons I had saved more than a half price. Otter box defender is an ultimate protection for the iPad Pro, I feel satisfaction after put this cover on the expensive iPad. I will 200% recommend this product

It is a great case. Provides great protection there is a couple of thing I don’t care for one is the stand one side stands it up too much and the other side don’t stand it up enough. The other thing is the spot where the pencil goes could stand to ne on a hinge to make it easier to get too other then that its a great case

I love this case. It protects my iPad Pro while I’m performing, wether I’m indoors or out. My only issue is the way the pencil is handled. The pencil stays in the hard shell of the case. If it’s attached to the side of the iPad, which is the way I like to have it, the edge is open and it looks rather inelegant. Other than that, it’s a great product.

The case provides excellent protection but is very clumsy and sometimes difficult to remove and cover. The pencil can not be stored on the side of the ipad, there is only an awkward rubber door that opens to reveal the charging surface but it can not be closed with the pencil attached. The rubber door is a pain to open. The pencil is instead stored inside the hard screen cover. If I wanted to access my pencil right now, I would have to wrestle with the cover. I do like how protective the case is, and the screen cover works well. However, the biggest problem is that there are only two angles that you can position the ipad in, slightly tilted, and 90 degrees straight up. I have no idea what they were thinking. 90 degrees is not useful or comfortable for anything. I am surprised at the lack of options for covers for 12.9 3rd ipad pro, but I’m going to have to try a different case.

I like the strength of the material and structure. The one thing I Do not like is the ability to lay it 90 degrees in the provided stand, so it hard to use it it read and such and see it at the angle it sits in the stand at. Also, it is an expensive product.

The otter box covers the iPad plus perfectly BUT it’s too heavy, bulky and expensive But it does protect your iPad plus 2018. Cover is hard to remove and because of the glass cover you have to hit each letter hard. Sorry bought it

I always buy a case for my phones and my tablets just for peace of mind personally. This case adds quite a substantial amount of weight but I like that personally. I've only ever dropped my iPad from the height of my bed only a handful of times and have had no issues with the case taking the brunt of the force. I have two complaints one being that the built in screen protector always has and always will be terrible and the other being that the rubber eventually wears out and warps in areas where it is thinnest or especially the edges they get bowed out and just makes the fitment of the rubber generally weaker and doesnt stick like it should.
