When I purchased my new iPhone 6s Plus I needed a case for it. The Best Buy associate recommend is the otterBox defender series case. After using the case for approximately a week, I lost the belt clip to it. I called OtterBox and they explained to me that my case had a lifetime warranty on it. They promptly took my name and address and mail me out a brand-new case for my phone. Excellent customer service! In addition, the cases has saved my phone from damage on a number of occasions when the unit was dropped onto the floor. It also helped protect my phone when a little bit of water that onto the screen .

Wonderful case/product! Would highly recommend especially for a young man/male who may tend to be rough on their phone

Love this classic otterbox. It does the job at work at the construction site and it protects from major drops from way up high plus it was on sale for 27 bucks I couldn’t beat it thanks Best Buy

When phones cost $800+ it’s a no brainer to get the best quality phone case you can get. The Defender case has always been a great choice to keep from tearing up such an expensive phone.

My Otter Box Defender Case has protected my Iphone 6s plus as it was designed to. I've read others reviews about the belt clip braking while sitting down but I haven't experienced that issue at all. Worth it's cost.

It's OtterBox, the standard that everyone else compares to - I have dropped my iPhone several times while it was in this case and the case does its job - very well.

This case is great for this phone and any other type of phone as my husband has the same one for his phone and it withstood being run over by a car. The case may have not faied so well, but the phone was just fine.

You can count on these cases to protect your nice phone. I’m a bit clumsy and although I end up replacing this case every once in a while, it keeps my phone like new. Whew!!!!!

I love Otterbox. I especially love Best Buy's Otterboxes, since they're less expensive than other places, including Walmart! As a matter of fact, this Otterbox outlasted my phone!

This was my first otterbox purchase and while I love it, I wish I would have known that turquoise was not the best color to get. The case will get dirty in no time and it is difficult to clean. However the case protects your phone very well. I have dropped my phone while in the case about five times so far and it is perfectly fine. No chips at all

I have been using OtterBox since I got an iPhone. The materials quality is beyond my expectations. I drop my phone all the time and never been damaged or cracked. For the price it's worth it.

Great case to protect your phone investment. Even better price. Great looking. Functional and doesn't add too much weight to the phone. Belt clip holster could be a little more functional.

Got this for my 13yr old son, if you have a glass screen protector on your phone, with the screen protector on the case it's hard to use the phone. So we took off the protector on the case and it works fine. This is why I gave it 4 stars. Got mine on a price match also.

I dropped my phone once and that phone bounced down stairs from the top floor until the ground floor and the case did get pretty damaged up, but the phone was perfect. I love Outterbox, thank you very much!
