The protection offered by this case is really good. My phone even feels safe after I've put it in this case. I think this case is a little bulky (there are others out there that are slightly less bulky), but this is probably about as good as protection as you can get.

I only ever use otter box and they are wonderful! Wouldn’t choose any other brand!

The color of this is very pretty, but otterbox still has the awful built in screen protector that “clicks” when you’re typing as the previous models. I just rip out the built in one and keep the glass one on the screen. It kept my phone safe even working in outside conditions while working. Fell on my phone, dropped it, etc and it held up well.

I bought the Otterbox Defender for my iPhone 7 Plus and it has been great so far. I am not one of those girls that can get a pretty case. I wish I was, but I'm just not. I have a 97lb dog that pulls me around and plays rough. I am clumsy. I straight up just drop my phone at times. My phone was $900 and although the case is a little bulky, I need it. I trust this case to protect my extremely expensive phone. Reasons this case did not receive 5 stars: - I did take the screen protector off because it interfered with the sensitivity of the touch screen. That was unfortunate because I had an Otterbox for my iPhone 5 and the protective screen didn't bother me like this one did. My fingers got tired typing with the protective screen from having to press so hard. - The volume and sleep buttons are very hard to press. Trying to screen shot on this large phone, with the bulky case, and the hard buttons, is extremely difficult with my little hands. - Charging port used to have a flap that you pulled down. This model you have to pull it up. I'm sure there's a logical explanation as to why they changed it with this model but I personally preferred it the other way. These are all minor set backs that do not prevent me from recommending this product. I get made fun of for having such a bulky case (with such a large phone) but I don't care. I feel pretty safe. Thanks Otterbox, for a great product. Also, thank you Best Buy for having it 50% off!

This case like most Otter boxes are worth the money. I'm clumsy at times and this protects my phone like never before. When I take my phone out to clean the screen and the case my phone is like new. Straight from the box new. The only thing I don't care for it the covering for the plug, it folds upward which makes the case pull at the bottom. Other than this one issue I have, the case is perfect!

I needed a new cellphone case and this was the perfect fit! I love the color!

This case is pretty solid proof. It has a built in screen protector. It has full all around protection that covers front and back as well as the sides. Although it's a bit on the bulky side it keeps my phone completely safe from clumsy situations. If you want full protection and don't mind a bulky case this may work for you. If you prefer a thin more streamed lined case this isn't the case for you.

Good case help to keep your phone protected better than the Lifeproof cases

I have own an OtterBox defender case since the inception. Overtime they have slowly improve the cases. I think this version is the best so far as the rubber fits tight, the case is thiner and the touch ID sensors acutally works through the case correctly.

Cover is very well made, does great job of protecting phone from damage.

I love my otter box. I always know my phone is protected with this case.

It is solid cover I dropped it several times. However the outer cover is a problem when using the phone calls or video calls. It was difficult for other person to hear you. So when making calls I had remove the outer cover. Importantly it is a very sturdy cover - built screen is a bonus. I dropped it on concrete floor it did an excellent job protecting my phone.

Love the color for this iPhone case and it helps protect my phone when I drop it. It's heavy duty and definitely one of my favorite cases. It does make your phone look bigger but the most important thing is that I don't have to worry about accidents.

I really like my Otterbox Defender series iPhone 7 Plus case because it protects my iPhone from dust scratches etc. I would DEFFINATLY RECOMMEND this product to anyone who is looking for a Good, Stirty procreation for their iPhone!!

Otterbox offers the best protection with this case! It is a little bulky, but manageable. I understand the bulk is needed to provide the protection that this case affords. I was even able to pick this up at 50% off which was a fantastic bargain!

It was time to upgrade my iPhone and I decided on getting a larger seven plus. At the Verizon store , I looked at several cases before deciding I wanted the protection of the Otter box Defender. Their selection was very limited so I decided to check out Best Buy online while I was waiting for my wife and daughter to complete their business. To my pleasant surprise, the exact color and model was available and on sale for a much more reasonable price at my store at the other end of the shopping center just steps away. Needless to say we went to Best Buy and purchased the product for not only my phone but for my other family member who chose the IPhone 7 model too. The Defender model is great for protection and has worked since purchase beyond expectation! Happy I bought it and very satisfied with its protection and function!
