It makes my phone a little fatter, but when it hits the concrete or bounces off the floor, it’s still works, and it doesn’t break and the little plug seems like a nuisance, but it keeps the dirt out of your charging port

The otterbox case is great. Only recommendation is if one is available with a screen protector get it. As far dropping your device this holds up great

This case is heavy duty and I have no doubt it will do it’s job in protecting the iPad. It is big though and does not fit into an adjustable stand for videoing unless you take off the outer layer. That is the only real issue I have had so far.

OtterBox has always held up for all of my devices. Not as sleek as some of the others but if you’re going for purely protection, it does the job.

Great product. This has saved my iPad from damage multiple times! I do recommend using the somewhat bulky screen cover to protect the screen, having damaged the screen once without it while not in use.

This is a great heavy duty case, I wish there was a more creative place to store the pencil without the top coverbeing on, but the star is the Ipad so, i can't complain about it's protecting the quarterback.

Best case to protect my investment. I throw it in my backpack with a bunch of other stuff and no worries about my iPad breaking

Otterbox - Defender is the first order that I always place once I get a new phone or any device as it is way more costly to repair a new phone or a device. So buy this and forget about it, the money for this Otterbox Defender is will definitely be cheaper than the aggravation of trying to find someone who will fix your device

Reat protection and a good location to carry my pen. Be nice.if the Camera would work throigh the outer shell.

I love my Otter box for my phone so thought I would grab one for my new iPad. Great but for one major design flaw. To accommodate the magnetic pen, which I do not plan on having anyway, they made the right side different, not very protective at all. When I go to pick it up on that side, it pulls away from my iPad and the front cushion actually pulls away. If you use the pen, it’s probably great. If you don’t, skip this and get something else.

The Otterbox defender was purchased to be used with an Apple iPad Pro. The defender is a very protective item, it doesn’t have a built in screen protector but the previous models that had one tended to cloud up or stop functioning. This one works well with an add on screen protector.
