It’s an Otterbox Defender so it’s great. Protects the new iPad really well. It’s just bulky and the stand doesn’t work very well unless it’s on a very flat surface.

Overall, it's a good case. It does not have an included/built-in screen protector, and if you put the exterior shell on or take it off one corner at a time, you can risk bending the whole device. So my advice is to be careful. But it does seem to offer good drop protection, and it is compatible with the Apple Pencil. I have my iPad Pro 11 in this case with a Zagg Invisibleshield Glass+ glass screen protector. They work well together. That said, I do think this case is very overpriced. That's Otterbox's fault - not Best Buy's.

If you've ever pet an otter, you probably got bit! That has nothing to do with this product other than the name. Otterbox's are known for their quality and durability. This product is no different. Of course, my wife already says the iPad is heavy, so she took this off to make it lighter and still doesn't use the iPad, ugh.

this is one lf those product you get when you really wanna take care of your i pas and make sure you dont do any type of damage to it even in the corners where it matter the most very slick and very protective at the same time no other case provides that in both aspects

No way. Sorry used to be a big fan of this protective case but not any more. Otterbox decided to go the way of most retailers. Giving less product for more price. The older cases included an integrated screen protector which was a great feature and made the Otterbox stand out against other competitors. Being a contractors this was a great feature to have for Ipads in the field. Great to have overall protection against drops as well as dust and dirt infiltration. Otterbox obviously decided to get into the screen protector game. Unfortunately an aftermarket screen protector is not the same as an integrated one. Especially in the construction industry. Invariably these applied screen protectors do eventually fail usually sooner than later so it can be a never ending cost. Something I'm sure Otterbox did the math on. Probably the worst thing about this whole scenario is the price was kept the same. So goodby Otterbox hopefully others will take notice and send a message to their marketing department. I'm sure with a little research people will notice that their are other less expensive and comparable in quality products out there.

Really good! I always buy the Defender series for my phones and have never had one single broken screen. Its just simply the best for cases.

Otterbox makes some good cases, I think they're overpriced but nice.

This case fits very well so far and it is very heavy duty. It was the only case I could find that had a grippyness to it, all of the others were slippery. I like how the side opens to charge my Apple Pencil too. Hopefully it will continue to fit tight. I’ve had quite a few of these otterbox defender cases and they have all been very tough but after a couple of years they start to stretch.

Great protection even if it does make your iPad bulky. I dropped mine down a flight of stairs last week and it was just fine.

It makes my phone a little fatter, but when it hits the concrete or bounces off the floor, it’s still works, and it doesn’t break and the little plug seems like a nuisance, but it keeps the dirt out of your charging port

Works great goes smooth an the rubber coating helps from breaking if dropped

Great case. I don’t really like the area near the Apple Pencil it is very thin between the screen and pencil with makes us lose and wobbly in that area. It gives you the impression it could break off. Other then that it’s a great case!

Super sturdy. It definitely passed the fall test. The stand & pencil holder are really convenient. Favorite purchase so far!

Solid case and it protects the iPad effectively and provides a nice setting stand. Too bad it doesn’t come with a screen cover.
