this product doesn't come with screen protection nor is it 100% waterproof.
Great protection if you drop the item from 4 feet and it doesn't get knocked directly on the screen.

Otterbox has protected all my Apple devices and continues to do so. Cheaper than replacing a cracked screen, even under AppleCare
