This case is great! It is light weight, not bulky, and protective, fits well.

After many years of using Supcase Unicorn Beetle cases I got tired of the built in plastic screen protectors getting scratched up. I decided to go back to the Otterbox Defender as they are more slim and less bulky tiday. I then installed a quality glass screen protector as these cases no longer have a built in protector. So glad I switched, case has awesome grip and the protector won’t scratch. Highly recommend.

Love this case! Although it is a bit bulky, I never worry that my phone is not protected. I love that it came with the belt clip, so that I don’t have to shove my phone in my pocket (us women know our pockets are too small for that!) I wouldn’t call this case “pretty”, but I’d rather be protected than have an attractive case. Overall rating, 10/10.

This is a great phone protector case. I know this because it’s the 2nd time I have purchased this same product. Working as a delivery driver, I am constantly in and out of the truck. My phone always falls out of the truck as I am getting out to service my customers. The first few drops I was worried. Having dropped my phone countless amounts of times, I became confident my phone would withstand the drops. After about 2 and a half years, my old OtterBox case began to wear and tear. So when it came time to replace it, I just had to go with what I knew would work. Sure it’s a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for; peace of mind in a great product. I highly recommend this case to anyone.

love the feel and durability of this otter box case! it feels as if the quality is much better than previous cases. Has grooves and "tread" like a tire giving it traction to not slip from your hand. Very satisfied with the product and fits perfectly on my phone! Not bulky but gives it the perfect protection it needs! Pair this with a screen protector and you're set!

This is so much better than the original without the case clip. Thicker, stronger, more protection especially around the glass camera area. The regular case does not have enough hight to protect this sensitive area. This defender pro is perfect. Ill never purchase another brand or type again. The outer case clip provides extra protection. A+

Robust and tight fitting phone case with a clip that leads to peace of mind that the new iPhone is protected from damage under most circumstances if dropped. The only real downside is the inability of wireless chargers to connect and charge the unit. The two tried so far are not able to detect the phone except at best infrequently. Not a deal killer, just a minor trade off.

I’m back to Otterbox after using a UAG and 2nd time I dropped my phone it cracked! Otterbox still has the best protection for devices! This case is the best in their lineup because is has some “grip” on the back so it doesn’t slip out of your hands as easy. Little bulky but the extra protection is worth it imo.

This otter box fits snug and can hold its own when it comes to protection. Hand grip nicely as well as it’s appearance. I dropped my phone a couple of times & my device still intact, working as designed. I recommend this product !

This otter box has the quality as expected from otter box. The fit and feel makes it feel like a good option for protecting your phone. I haven’t had the opportunity to see it’s impact performance but I expect it to do well like ones I have had in the past. Great fit and not super bulky.

This is not the OtterBox you remember from the past. The ProSeries is much thinner on protection. The silicone is very thin compared to the standard defender. It does have a good grip and the raised edges on the top and bottom of the screen are nice however, if you drop your phone screen down on an edge, like I have done before, the flush sides on the left and right of the screen are not going to give you any protection at all. The case does not interfere with a screen protector. However the mute switch is still difficult to reach. I cannot recommend this particular case because the price point is really high for the minimal protection you’re going to get. There are many other cases out there by different manufacturers that have a raised edge all the way around the screen. I will say that it went in and out of the pocket pretty easily but also I wonder why it is that there is no longer a cut out for the Apple logo. Also, color selection is absolutely horrible now from OtterBox. You can get black or some sort of raspberry, but outside of that there are no color options. If you find this case on an extreme sale it might be worth it. But this is not the OtterBox you remember.

This is the 3rd Otter case I have purchased over the past 10 years. I am happy with each one. The current Otter case for my IPhone 12 is a stronger material than previous and has a very tight and firm fit; as well it does not block any part of the glass face. It does not have a face cover as before, given the improved factory glass on the phone, nevertheless I added the ZAGG Invisible Shield and Screen Protector as a precaution for the normal accidents which occur. The shield does not impair the sensitivity of the swiping actions related to the use of the phone. The last feature that was a concern in my choice is that of thickness, and in that regard it does not look nor feel bulky; as well, it does not have a slippery surface thus enhancing pocket security. Summarily, Otter satisfies all of my expectations.

I only gave this product 3 stars because you cant use it with the magcharger even though it implied on the box it would work with it. Makes the new ($50) charger I bought worthless. It also doesn't have the screen protector that all the old otter box defenders have always had. Which I really valued so I didn't have to buy a separate screen protector. That being said it has protected my phone well so far. (through my 2yr old dropping it and throwing it even on hard tile floors. I will be putting a screen protector on though thankfully the screen has survived intact up to this point with this case on. It also is a slimmer sleeker design than the old otterbox defender cases which is nice. At first I was worried about how well my phone would be protected since it is a more slim design, but its worked great so far I am liking it. I alway use otterbox for my iphones, because anytime I have used any other brand of case the screen has broken. I have never had a screen or phone break for the 8 years I have been using otterbox cases. That being said I wish the otterbox case with the actual magcharger capability was available through Best Buy.

I purchase OtterBox about 4-5 years ago and experienced way beyond normal abuse cell phone drops that amazes me with gratification that my cell phone is still in great condition !! After a slight tear alongside the corner of the camera, I decided to replace it with a Brand new OtterBox about a week ago due to past experience...Thanks...

The OtterBox Defender Series Pro for Apple iPhone 12 Pro is a great looking case for your new phone. It's sturdy and has a nice pattern on the back. I did like the OtterBox Defender for the Apple iPhone X better. The ridge above the display screen is higher, and the back of the case had more of a cushioned feel.

Phone case provides great protection and has good gripping edges making it harder to slip out of one’s hands. Only drawback is the expense. But I was able to buy it on sale.

I love my new OtterBox. Glad I could find one for an Apple iPhone 12. I also bought a new screen protector. The Best Buy staff replaced my protector and put my new OtterBox on for me. I received Great Customer Service.

This is a very well designed product. Excellent protection for my iPhone 12, and it was easy to put together. I also really like the "grip feel" that it provides.

Fits like a glove, the phone does not move. The material is good and does not slip out of my hand. I must say it protects the phone very well. However, please please note the following: 1) With the case on, my wireless charging pad no longer works. I don't have magsafe so I don't know if that still works. 2) Full screen protectors do not work with this case. The corners push up against the protector and creates air bubbles. I bought a screen protector that has a cutout for the notch which is a little smaller and it works with this case.

This is an excellent case for iPhone 12 Pro. It’s sturdy but with very clean lines and is easy to remove and reinstall. The case does support wireless charging but you do need to remove the rubberized case cover in order to do that. The belt clip is slightly less functional than I would like but is still useful. The case is not particularly heavy or bulky but does add some weight to the phone. The front screen does pick up fingerprints pretty easily but it’s also easy to clean.
