Originally I had bought a knock off clone brand from Amazon and the build quality was horrible and it didn't even fit a Samsung S21 as advertised so I returned. I didn't feel like waiting to reorder one in the right size so I went to Best Buy where they carried the real thing and it was in stock not on backorder. The best part was Best Buy price matched Amazon for the real model. I can recommend this because it's a sturdy secure case, but I can't give it 5 stars because it's expensive and there are cases that are cheaper that are just as good from the reviews I read. I got this for my dad's phones since he was deadset on this case, but if it was my phone I would have kept my options open.

Otterbox is the only cell cover I will use. Had my previous one for years but somehow, with grandkids and dogs, it saw it's last days, no fault of Otterbox, at all. Best Buy service was 5+ as usual. Easy, professional experience. Price was great too, it was on sale!

I only buy otterbox cases and when nobody else has them, i can always count on Best Buy. The purchasing progress from start to finish was seamless. Customer service was exceptionally excellent.

This is the perfect case for me, as i have the havit of damaging cameras and ruining screens.. its a padded room that masquerades as a phone case. The tendency to leave my phone face down or carry it without holster gives me new found relief..absolute must have for me.

Otter box the best case on the market. Second new phone with a Otter box first phone looked brand new after 3 years.

I thought the item was a little pricey at the time of purchase, but since this was the first time I had to buy one I figured the salesperson knew what they were talking about. They were right. I love this device. I drive a truck all day. This device does a great job protecting my phone from normal things like sliding or just being handled with less than kids' gloves care, let alone being dropped. Good call on the salesperson.

Very solid case, like all Otterbox products that I have used, this one is really good and easy to put on.

I've had this on my phone since I bought it three years ago. I can't tell you how many times I've dropped this and still the phone is pristine. Even corner drops! Cement, pavement, tile, you name it and this case has saved my phone from it. I will never buy a different case. Amazing investment.

Fits the phone great. Have always had good protection and fit with Otterbox cases and products.

For the S21 Ultra, this is a good overall case. it fits well and does not interfere with the operations of the phone. Furthermore, it does not add much weight to it where it becomes bulky in your pocket.

Really good case, OtterBox always have the right case, not heavy and device still looks thin.

keeps the phone protected and i love that i can clip it right to my belt for easy access.

We have always purchased Otter Boxes for that durability and protection but this defender series is at another level. The phone has been dropped from a high level and not even a scratch.

I've dropped my phone a few times and only had to wipe the dirt off. it is a bit bulky, so doesn't work well selfie taking devices too well, due to its size. as far as protection goes its top of the line

Good case. That fits my phone and protects the edges and back.

Great case, havent had to truly test it though. Down sides is that it is hard to use the side swip app panels on it, and it is a bit thick, but if you want to protect you phone, this is the case to get.
