My original case broke and I kept trying to get a replacement by ottobox only to have them state the request for a replacement had to be done via phone versus online for the iPhone I currently have. This process was a nightmare because the company is on Mountain Time. When I called the answering attendant began to take down my information. The answering attendant got as far as taking my name and email address and then the phone call disconnected. I attempted to call the company back only to be told ottobox was closed and to call back during regular business hours. I was so irritated with the whole reordering process to the point I just decided to move forward with purchasing a new case. So far I have not encountered any issues with this case. It is sturdy and it truly has served its purpose.

In case of defect which is rare warranty for the product are enforced, and replacements given free of charge!! Excellent product I definitively recommend!!! Value and quality excellent!!!

Feels super sturdy and I am never afraid to pick my phone up after I accidentally drop it. The only thing I wish worked for it is the mag safe charger on the back. I had a different otter box case before buying this one and it worked on my 3 in 1 charging station but this new one doesn’t allow it to stay on the charging stand. I think because it is too heavy :(

The durable & rubber case that protects the charger input as well is all I ask for and it covers all those bases.
