This seems so cheap and flimsy compared to older versions. The “padding” is essentially as thick as a piece of paper and the plastic back is literally half the thickness of the iPhone 11 version. It seems they wanted to make it a minimalist case. I want durability and although I haven’t had it long, I really am not confident in the ruggedness of this new case. If I wanted a small case I would have ordered something else.

However, after only 2 days, I returned it because it was so big, I couldn't hold it in my hand without fatigue.

I’ve had it 2 weeks I’ve never taken it off the phone and already it’s loose. Previous iterations were great the rubber is too soft and pliable it’s no longer the best

Posted .Our apologies for any confusion prior to purchase, however, although this Defender Series Pro case is compatible with Qi wireless technology and will also allow a charge to pass from a MagSafe charger through to the iPhone, it doesn't have any internal magnetic properties to help maintain a "locking" connection.
If that's a must for your Apple/Otter experience, our Defender Series XT case was engineered specifically to accommodate the MagSafe accessory ecosystem!

Posted .Sorry to disappoint with the lack of an included screen protector for the Defender Series Pro case for iPhone 14 Pro. Although an integrated piece was a longstanding feature of our Defender Series line, with the exception of the one for iPhone SE/8/7, we shifted away from that design back in 2017 in favor of direct interaction with touchscreens while still leaving open the option for use of a glass screen protector.
If adding another layer to the mix is something you might be interested in, the OtterBox Alpha Glass can serve as a great companion to the case.
