I have to push it back into its correct position and this case at the price point should have zero issues.

Stupid holster notch

The notch that snaps the phone in the holster is not symmetrical therefore you can only put the phone in one way and cannot turn it around. Awkward stupid

Looks like enough lip that my phone can fall face down and probably not crack the screen. I've had good luck with the Defender for other S2x models. Short of dropping my phone on gravel, I've never cracked a screen, and I drop my phone anywhere and everywhere.

OtterBox -Defender cell phone protector

Been using them for over 15 years and have never had a phone damaged form a bump or drop. Plus, they make the phone a little larger, so it is much easier to hang onto.

This was the only Otterbox on their site that shows a screen protector and no where does it state that it is not included. They would rather have customers waste their time and money. what a joke.
