Great Otterbox case. Excellent protection for your phone and plenty of grip for your hand. A bit bulkier than Commuter case but I like this a lot more because of the grip.

Rugged case that helps with accidental drops. Easy grip shell. Assembled easily with the S22. The extra protection is working out well.

Fits well. easy to put on. should protect my new phone well.

The OtterBox Defender Series Pro Hard Shell case for my Samsung Galaxy phone is, in my opinion, the best available. Just be aware you'll need to buy a screen protector and I recommend the ZAGG InvisibleShield Fusion Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy with D3O Flexible Hybrid Protection.

Great phone protector!! The size is large so you won't lose it at the bottom of your purse.

I have this on the Galaxy s22 Ultra along w/ a screen protector. It fell off my desk 3' onto a hard surface floor. It protected my phone from any damage. I wish it actually covered the camera lenses. Easy to install. Doesn't add much bulk to phone. Adds good grip whilst holding it.

I have, almost, always used Otterbox cases on my phones. They are a bit pricey, but the one time I tried to use the Samsung wrap around case, my phone slid off of my clipboard, less than 3 ft, onto the pavement, cracking the screen. Even with the insurance, it cost $200 to fix. Because of my job, every phone I have used Otterbox with, has taken several falls of 6-8 ft, onto concrete. Otterbox hasn't failed yet! The worst that has happened is the case has cracked, inside the rubber shell. Otterbox has replaced them with no questions asked.

This case is pretty bulky but its hard shell would defintely good for protection if you don't mind something requiring a large grip. It has 3 pieces to snap in place for fit. It was way too bulky for me so I returned it in search of 1 piece Silicone for half the price.

I love my OtterBox Defender case for my phone. I made the mistake once of using a different brand and when my phone fell, striking the corner on the floor, it shattered my screen. The other company basically said, sorry, we're not going to cover your damage. I've never had a problem with OtterBox. I've had phones drop on the ground and never had any damage. I've had my holsters break and OtterBox has replaced them without any hassle. Can't get a better case to protect your phones and tablets than OtterBox!!

Good stuff. Dropped my phone dozens of times now and it's still golden. Lots of cameras on this model though so you might scrape in if your clumsy or in tight rough spaces often. My shirt gets caught in between the clip and phone though sometimes. It makes the phone fall out. So, be aware of that when clipping it in quickly. The belt clip works as a stand too. That's kind of nice. Couldn't figure out how to open it at first... I guess they make something called directions?

Very sterdy case that wraps around the edges of my phone. Its easy to install and fits comfortably in my hand.

I go through protective cases about every 1.5-3 years pending the year i have had. Well i picked up 2 of these recently to, one replace the crappy one the was coming apart like a banana and two it had to be done because the crappy one was dtiving me crazy!

It's a defender pro. I'm at the age where I stop caring about how many cover looks, just go for protection instead. 10/10. Too bad I damaged my back glass before buying this, but it will help minimize more issues. 10/10

Much better than the cheaper model Otterbox that's one step down from this one. I was worried about added bulk to the phone over the previous case, but compared to the Commuter series it actually doesn't add much if any more thickness to the phone. It does however feel MUCH safer in this case than the commuter case. The added rigidity over the rubber and the addition of the clip in frame over the screen really ensures your phone is protected.

So far, it's doing its job - protecting the phone. I like that the material is not slick plastic with just a few areas on the sides providing "excellent grip". This one actually has a rubbery grip all over so it doesn't slide on surfaces or out of your hand. I only wish it came in other colors so it doesn't look like all the other phone cases out there.

Had an otter box on my s22 for two yeara and left phone on roof of car and fell on to road. Found it 20 minutes later, phone in perfect condition with just craxk in otterbox case. Bought this to replace it. Will always get otter box for my phone

So far so good. I have no issues even dropped the phone a few times and the protection holds up pretty well, so does the phone (:-). It does add more size to the phone so dont try hold and texting with one hand, but I think thats expected with a taller phone plus OtterBox. I do like theblook and feel. A nice matte finish with sufficient grip to feel secure. Also with the raised edge of the OtterBox, the phone's screen wont impact the floor during a drop.

I bought an OtterBox case for my phone when I bought it last year, but was a commuter case. With how I carry my phone I quickly destroyed the rubber portion. So I went back to a defender case. Glad I did, it just feels right. Plus it gives the extra protection for my phone that I in particular need.

I am pretty clumsy when handling my phone, so i invested in a good case for it. My last case (same model) broke after 20-30 hard drops. I thought it was a defect, but i realized the case absorbed all of the energy from the fall, and my phone didnt have a scratch.

It's been 3 years since I've bought this case & I FINALLY dropped it enough times my case broke......... spend the money on this case, well worth it
