OtterBox has been my go-to for durable cell phone protection for several years now, and this one doesn't disappoint. I'm thankful for Best Buy having this case model available when I needed it. I had ordered one on Amazon, and when that arrived it turned out not to actually be the right model for my phone. And since the last time I got a new phone and didn't have a case for it immediately, I wound up cracking the screen of that one the 2nd day I had it. So it was very important to me to get my phone protected right away this time, and Best Buy delivered.

I get Otter box to insure that I have the maximum protection for my phone. I have not had any damage to my phones.

It's a nice case overall. I've always had a otterbox defender case with the belt clip for every phone I've owned. The cost is a bit high imo for it not to come with the belt holster. It's "available for free". The pictures make it misleading like it comes together, yet you get a voucher in the packaging to order one online from otterbox for free including standard shipping. Another gripe is that the holster only holds the power button screen out, screen inwards is power button down only. Unlike all other defender cases I've owned. I dislike that aspect the most.
