It’s convenient at times but horrible when I try to slip into my pocket. Haven’t had the opportunity of drop testing it yet and hopefully won’t so I won’t speak on that, but if I do I’ll update the review!

Very weak magsafe magnets

The magnets are extremely weak on this. The actual apple cases have much stronger magnets and my phone never fell to the floor. After buying this case it fell on the floor 5 times the first day. I would not recommend this case to my worst enemy.

I have contacted customer support on multiple occasions and get the run around on when i might get my product! Never had issues like this before when purchasing a new phone from Best Buy. This go around was a much different story. Very aggravated and probably unlikely to order a new phone through Best Buy ever again!

WIreless charging doesn't work

She didn’t throw it she dropped it from standing height, about two feet, and the entire rear glass shattered. Ordering another case and now responsible for getting the phone fixed. Pretty subpar protection for the amount of money paid. That’ll be my last Otterbox case.
