Cell phone is much different then my old one so takes a while getting used to.

My dad loves the case. Its not too flashy, but it gets the job done.

Why three stars well one did doesnt wireless charge very good or at all and not waterproof and no belt clip so how can you workout got to buy more. Its called inflation

This case was defective out of the box, and i paid $69, not the $32.98 they are now. The clear plastic had a defective cloudiness to it make it look awful right out of the box. Im always tired of buying Otterbox paying big money for defective overpriced junk. Save your money and buy something else

Get this when it's On-sale! Otherwise it's very steep price. Most people don't want to dish out $70+sales tax for a case that they can find online for around $30 or so. But... I do believe in the saying, you get what you pay for. The otterbox case model below this one was $20 cheaper, but surg i put it on my phone the lip around the edge of my phone flexed way too much and looked bent. I returned it and got this with sturdier sides that stayed flush with the screen but also seems just soft enough to take a fall from the top of my car onto the pavement. The back of it with the plastic has me a just a tad skeptical if it will crack if it hits a rock. But i already spent the dough in this so the deed is done. I cut the charging slot cover off. It's super annoying. Especially since i do Uber and charge it often. I was fiddling around too much while driving trying to get the charger in the slot before i cut it off. I will update this if or when i actually drop this phone with this case on it. I use a glass screen protector. I recommend you use one.

Had a hard time with it. Went into store to ask for help. The female working customer service said she couldn't help because of her nails (no lie). I asked if someone else could help, she took my phone and went into the back room for about ten minutes. She came back with it on but didn't say anything. Very poor customer service on her part.

This the worst otterbox cover i have ever brought, you cannot put a screenprotectoron it becausethe way is designit woul not allow you to. The part that assembles to the front will push any protector off. Worst desing ever I will retun this item ASAP.

Charging port cover ripped off after 3 weeks of use and bestbuy refused to offer refund or replacement. Do not buy here. Buy from Otter box they atleast help their customers woth issues.

A lot of dust builds up in the back. I wouldn't buy this if that would bother you. Also super hard to put on.

Outer rim would not cover plastic and Cracked within a momth of having it on my phone

I love this case. It's not bulky or even heavy. When it's on your phone, you can see that it will protect your phone really well, and the quality of it is perfect. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something that will protect your phone and won't look bulky as well.

Nice solid case that allows you to see the back of phone. It isn't as bulky or heavy as othe defender pro cases have been in the past. It is a little pricey. They could sell it for around 39.99 and it would be more reasonable.

Whlie the case fits nicely it has a plastic ridge that needs to be removed b4 placing phone in case. It did not show that and I ended up breaking my s-pen trying to get the phone in the case. Very dissapointed over that. For the price of this case they can afford to give clear instructions and warning to avoid damage.

I've always liked Otterbox and this new case did not disappoint! Fits snug but dies not interfere with the screen protector, super essy to instal...this case is nearly indestructible!
