My iPhone 14 Pro got screen crack while cover with defender and alpha glass protector. Ottherbox doesn’t reimburse but advertised that they do up to $150. Don’t believe this company, better get an insurance.

While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. It’s extremely hard to get the phone into the case. I have struggled for over 45 minutes and have yet to get the phone in the case. $70 for this piece of junk that doesn’t even come with a belt clip anymore.

Posted .That's about 40 minutes longer than we'd want anyone to spend getting their iPhone nestled into the Defender Series Pro XT case, and we're sorry the process ended up being such a hassle.
If you're still struggling (and haven't already returned the item to Best Buy), we suggest separating the lid from the back half of the case, placing your device into the back component first, and then tucking each corner of the lid frame into that piece and pressing along the edges. If necessary, the rubber seal can be gently pulled back to allow the lid frame to be slipped all the way underneath.
As for the belt clip/holster, we've found that not everyone makes use of it, so we wanted to work toward an ecologically-sound solution of helping to get those in the hands of only the people who need them. The packaging your case came in will have instructions for how to request one.
