I brought this item to protect my apple. It was a little bit on the expensive side; however, it does the job.

I use my iPad Pro with the Otterbox Defender series protective case on some pretty rough job sites in NYC. Most days i give it a wipe with a clean cloth and it goes back to brand new. Drops mean nothing. Spills mean nothing. I would recommend this case to anyone that cares for their tablet.

I just wanted a new otterbox for the new pro. We only use heavy duty cases and they are worth it! I did not know ahead that it has a removable outer shell for one side - can be used on either side of the iPad. I only use the outer shell as a stand, my iPad is used only at home.

Otter box products have always protected my devices very well,never had any problems or malfunctions.and if your going to spend a lot of cash on an electronic device,why would you skimp on a protective case? thats just one less thing to worry about! I highly recommend this product.

The Otterbox defender is the very top in products. I have had my case on my ipad since the day I purchased it. I took the case off today just to check it and see that it was still sealed and keeping it dust-free and it looked still brand new. No scratches and no dust.

2nd I pad ...2nd otter box!, My grand children use it all the time ...I know my I pad is safe from falls with this productI .Plus it's slim and professional looking.lost my lid and all I did was call and send a pic and a new one was sent to me no ?s Asked ...Awesome company!!!

A little bulky and pricey but it seems to offer good protection.

otterbox is so worth the price. Got this as a present for my dad who received an ipad for Christmas. He typically tends to be accident prone and I'm so glad I decided to go with this super protective case. He has dropped it a few times and it still look and works like new.

Good product so far. Sturdy and reliable. It would be nice if it came in additional colors.

This is the best protective case for an iPad I think. I love how it shows the apple thru the back and I love how durable it is. You can literally throw your iPad across a room and not have a worry in the world that anything will happen to it in this case. I love it!

Nice cover and with wear from my son’s use was covered by the Otter box warranty

When looking for a case for my iPad Pro, I considered both the physical protection as well as other features such as the convenience of a stand to prop up the iPad while viewing it. Although the Otterbox has a stand feature, I don't feel it is real elegant. On the other hand, the protection for the iPad is amazing. I opted for the protection and will deal with the less than perfect side benefits of the Otterbox.

No fears here...this otter box is built like a tank...tho I don't drop my iPad...those moments it's sitting on the seat of your car and ya friend jumps in without looking...haha saved by the otter box...perfect protection...holds your Apple Pencil securely as well

Always have had otter box cases since the blackberry days,and its as a superior product now as it was then and if your investing 800+ in an electronic device you want the best protection available that's why I highly prefer otter box products.awesome!

This case is a great compromise between protection and design for your sleek iPad.

I've used otter for many devices but this one seems to be an improvement!!

Good protection for the iPad. Easy to clean/wipe down. 5 stars if it was waterproof.

Wish it were a little lighter and less bulky, but it does exactly as advertised.

the case itself is solid and good. Downside is the cover itself takes some skills to take off. Would be better if the cover is slightly improved, the stand also work, it might tilt a little too forward in the up position but still pretty solid and good.
