Posted .We're sorry to hear you're having such trouble with this OtterBox Wallet for MagSafe. Is the case you're using one that we specifically designed for use with Apple's accessory ecosystem? It would have to have a built-in magnetic array for it to facilitate a "locking" connection between this wallet and your iPhone, and since we make cases with and without this feature, that's a pretty good place to start the conversation.

Not easy to slide cards in and out, small pocket on the side isn’t very user friendly. Felt like some design tweaks would have made this better. I bought a different one that I like much better.
