Dropped phone from a couple feet of the ground light and my screen protector shattered. It doesn't protect the screen at all with the design. This product is awful and nothing in line with what I expect from otterbox. Avoid this one like the plague.

The buttons on the side were all angled and janky. Constantly getting stuck down. Loved the look and feel of this case but definitely needs improvement.
