The case fit the phone perfectly easy to put on and remove for cleaning. I dropped it 1 time and the back of the phone completely shattered with the case on it. The case itself isnt damaged but did nothing to protect the phone from the fall. The DROP+ says 3X as many drops as military standard. My cracked phone back says differently. Very disapointed since it's an Otter Box product. If looking for a protective case buy another product.

I try to never drop my phone and for the most part I haven't. Still, like an insurance policy, it is nice to know that if it hits a hard surface, that there is a chance that the phone will survive without damage. The OtterBox fits the phone perfectly, is easy to handle, doesn't add a lot of bulk and slides into my pocket easily.

Looks good. Protects my phone from damage. Works as advertised. Easy to get to buttons to operate phone.

OtterBox is the goat. I dropped my phone a million times and it's always perfectly protected. I have a beautiful lavender galaxy and I love the clear case so I can see the color of the phone through it but still have real heavy duty protection. I'll always have an OtterBox. And the lifetime replacement you just can't beat

I've been using OtterBox cases for my family of five for more than a decade. In all that time, having three aggressive teenagers (and being a bit clumsy myself) we've probably had tens of thousands of phone drops in an OtterBox case and the phones survived without a scratch. I've only had one fluke incident where a phone was damaged by a fall/drop (screen hit the corner of concrete). I've been using the Symmetry cases for several years on multiple phones and love them. It offers a great balance of protection and low profile. The Commuter and Defender have more protection, but more bulk as well. So choose whichever series best meets your needs. I've also damaged a case in phone drop and OtterBox replaced it for free under warranty. Some say they are pricey, but so is your phone - it's worth protecting properly. I never could understand how people spend hundreds on their phone but only want to pay 10 bucks for a cheap case. You can't go wrong with an OtterBox!

Great protection, light weight, easy to hold, fits snuggly.

Fits snugly, compatible with screen protectors. Raised edges offer screen protection as well. Not too slippery, slim design fits well in back pocket. Protected phone through a couple of drops already and looks really cute.

Amazing case for my wife's phone. It lasted for such a long time and through many drops. Or highly recommend it to others.

I've dropped my phone directly on it's front and this case protected it! Will always buy otterbox.

It has protected my phone from many falls. Rubber parts of the case yellow over time which is to be expected. Decent phone case.

Love this case. Its easy to install and works well with a screen protector. The side buttons still have great functionality and its a cute design/color to boot. Seems to protect the phone well, though I have been very careful not to drop it very much. It's mostly been short drops of 2 feet or less and very infrequently. I am curious to see how well the clear color holds up over time against yellowness. Time will tell with that...

Was looking to get a case that offered max protection but also showed off the phone. Went with OtterBox due to reputation. Overall the case does do a good job protecting the phone. It was snug to get in and it wraps around phone nicely. It makes the phone feel solid and offers confidence that it will protect well. The negative aspect is that the case scratches very easy and they can be very noticeable. Also a lot of dust gets trapped between case and phone and also can be seen. Overall happy with purchase and feel its a good product for price.

Bought this to better protect my daughter’s new Galaxy S21+. She would always buy crappy cases that didn’t really protect her phone as well. Since this case was clear and it would show the nice purple color of the phone she loves it and I know the phone is protected much better in case of hard drops.
