The case on the website doesn't match what you will receive in the mail. The one is the mail is Aqua colored with white stripes and coral pink at the bottom, picture uploaded for reference. Just wanted to mention too that this review should have no reflection on Otter Box, they are great products!! I would have given a 5 star had the description on Best Buy's website matched what I received.

Otterbox has already established a well rounded reputation for delivering well made and durable cases which is why I'm ok with them being in the higher tier cost bracket and I try to get past the fact that the weight of my phone doubles to achieve this protection, however I can't get over the disappointment with the color. (The main issue with this particular case is the red rubber accents which run inside the case and around the outer trim) under less than normal wear and tear, the rubber looks very dingy and after I tried to clean it; it got dingy again even faster and now looks even worse. Red is my favorite color so I'm even more disappointed because the rubber portion has now faded and looks pink which I can't pull off because I am a guy. I've bought red cases in the past and have had like issues but not nearly as fast (less than 2 months). I don't mind spending on my cases which I change up more than normal and I have a top 4 that I change around, sadly this one has been dropped from the rotation. At the time I paid full retail which I think was not less than $39.99 before tax, hence my dissatisfaction.

I have been a long time Otterbox user and have always loved their products to protect my phones. Unfortunately, I have tried two of the new symmetry cases for my 7+and their quality does not live up to what I'm used to in Otterbox. In both cases I tried ( clear case and firefly) I had them for maybe a week before they look so scratched that I've returned the clear case and will be returning this one. I take really good care of my phones/ cases and for the amount you pay for an Otterbox it should look nice longer than a week. I'm really bummed because I don't know if I will buy Otterbox again if this is the quality that they are putting out now.

Although the case seem to be then it was very bulky after I put it on the phone. Also it seems like it would scratch easy

The issue is that this case blocks some or all the microphones on the iPhone 7 Plus and people cant hear you when not using a bluetooth headset, apple has tested device several times with no faults. I replaced this case with a spigen made for iPhone 7 case and the issue dissapeared. Too bad it took more than 30 days to figure and item can no longer be returned. Cant recommend this case at all.

It looks good. But I don't like it because after-a-while if using it the dust gets inside between the phone and the case.

One drop of the phone, from 3 feet off the ground.. Broken screen. Phone landed flat, face down. Glass never touched the ground. The raised edges of the case did NOTHING to prevent the screen looking like spider webs. The case provided zero protection. ZERO. There was no direct contact with the glass.. Just the shock from falling three feet.

I was told that it was a for iPhone 7plus but it will work for iPhone 6plus.. I gave it as a gift to my friend.. a few days later she call and told me that her ear plug from her iPhone doesn't work..because the case is different.... when I went to her house, I saw why.. The bottom of the iPhone 7plus and 6plus are diferents !!The lady told me wrong.. :-( so now my friend can't us the ear plug.. Wish I can do something about it..

This may be a good to excellent product if it would have fit my IPhone 6s plus. The store associate opened the package for us and put the phone in the case to see if it would work and it did fit so we purchased. On the way out to our car my phone kept turning on by itself. Apparently the new iPhone 7 plus has buttons in a different place than the IPhone 6s plus. We returned this case to the store.

It's not worth 52 dollars for a clear case itsucks

Efficient protection, but... i got a blister on my fingers

My daughter initially used an apple cover for around 7mth before we purchase the otterbox symmetry. As soon as we received our purchase we installed the new cover on her phone, on the first fall the phone completely shattered!

The edge of the case felt sharp, right above where I would put my ear when talking on the phone. As such, it was never comfortable when talking on the phone. Ended up returning the item and going with the Speck clear case, which has been great.

I have a black phone ... it looks horrible ...it's not clear on the back of the phone touches the back of the case and part don't you can tell ..finger prints every where ... looks bulky ... took it back asap

I tried this product for about a week, I have to return it due to 1. The case is too slippery 2. The power and the volume switches are very hard too press. Otterbox has to improve the design.

The plastic screen on this is terrible you must push three or four times to try to get through to the regular screen Makes it very difficult to see your screen through the plastic also

Although this item is smaller then larger Outer-box covers it's still not phone friendly - side buttons are hard to use - took item back and bought a different one.

The back of the case gets dirty way to easy. It is not cleanable.

Otter box needed additional screen protector that costs another 20. Got life proof instead
