It becomes dyed by anything you put your phone in like your jeans pocket or sweatshirt. After two weeks my phone looks absolutely disgustingly dirty and I think that is ridiculous for such an expensive case. I have to hand my phone to clients to pay for their services at my self employed job and I don't want to hand them a dirty looking phone. The material should be made of another Material that won't let stuff bleed onto it. This case does provide good protection though!

We are sorry that the Symmetry case is a bit too slippery for your comfort level. We certainly weren’t out to cause any perilous predicaments, but rather create a streamlined design with ease-of-use for clothing pockets, etc.
Perhaps our Defender case would be a better fit as it has a silicone slipcover on the outside of the case that may provide a better grip. Check out the link below for more information on that OtterBox case.

Not What I Was Expecting

I always get a custom skin for my phone and I didn't want it covered or colored over. In that aspect, the case met expectations. What didn't meet my expectations were the slippery feel of the frame and the stiffness of the power button cover. I went from a 4s to a 7plus, so I'm already having a difficult time with the relocation of the power button and it felt like I was either going to squeeze the electrons out of my phone, or it'd go flying out of my hand due to the amount of pressure needed for the power button to respond. I ended up getting a Griffin case that works much better for me.

The size is why I went with this one instead of the defender which I couldn't hold in one hand. Had I stayed with that my screen would not have cracked from falling the height of a car seat. Now it's cracked from side to side. Not sure what certified drop tested means. But it was either from 6 inches or there was no phone in case when tested. I thought it had some type of guarantee, but according to the little piece of paper you unravel there isn't.

Washed the pair of jeans numerous times and the edge turned a blue-ish tink on the pink bumper. Extremely annoying and I cannot remove it I tried a small amount of rubbing alcohol and also a magic eraser and it worsened the fading even more. May just be the pink as a dark color wouldn't be a problem

Doesn't stay clear

But after about two months of every day use the edges made of rubber started turning green. I tried cleaning and even washing the case with dish washing liquid and no success. I love OtterBox but this product needs help. I've since purchased the same case with black trim.

However, the case got extremely dirty within a few hours of me holding it and having it in my bag. So I returned it, I should have gotten another color but I just went with a different brand for my new phone.

I purchased it because it is an Otterbox product (reputation) and had a clear plastic (so I could see my red iphone back). It is horrible. Fingerprints show up on it. And it is easily scratched.

Looks nice, buttons are hard to use

Other cases of this line (Symmetry) felt the same, so it wasn't just the one case.
