Scratches galore and turning yellow

Case starting to turn yellow already also, can see on edges in attached picture. Just doesn't look nice with a black Xr. Giving it 2 stars because it seems to be good protection for the phone.

Didn’t Hold Up

The corner broke from carrying it in my pants pocket. Very disappointed at how poorly this held up. Replaced it with the OtterBox Commuter which seems to be a much more substantial case. Contacted OtterBox and they replaced the case for the cost of shipping. They have a lifetime warranty. Now I have a spare case if my wife breaks hers.

This product was not up to par. It looked great but did not protect my phone. The case is still intact but my phone is not, the back has a spiderweb of cracks which I can see beneath the case.

It was great at first

BUT it turned yellow after a month!! For $50 I would have hoped the case would have stayed it’s given color. Disappointed because I’ve never been dissatisfied with an otter box product before.

It’s ok

After just a couple of weeks the case has turned light see through yellow, and I dropped it less than 4ft high, and my screen cracked.

We test the Symmetry extensively to ensure that it meets our high standards of protection, but unfortunately, every drop is subject to a multitude of different variables, some of which are simply beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee that all exposure to risk is eliminated through the use of our cases.

Best Buy associates are very difficult to work with on returns. Will be following up with OtterBox.

Case was hard to remove

Beautiful but scratches too easily

I have owned this case for a whole 2 days and it is scratched beyond belief! It is carried in a super soft lined pouch in my LV purse and sits on my desk for 8 hours a day. How is this possible? While it protects my phone as advertised, for the price demanded it should hold up much better aesthetically. Not a happy camper!
