Just purchased from Best Buy and when I tried it on my phone, it edges out ever so slightly at the top right corner due to the protruding cameras on the back. It’s causing issues with being able to press the power button on the side and I’m concerned if my phone were to fall, this case will not be able to fully protect it. My husband also purchased the same phone and tried the case on, same result. I’ve used the symmetry series on the last two iPhones and the defender series on my phones prior that with no issues. Very disappointed in this case and it is too expensive to not fit properly.

We design all of our cases on an individual basis to ensure compatibility with the unique style and features of each device. Did you receive the incorrect case for your device by chance? Or are you using a screen protector from another company? We don't test our cases with third company products, so this could be causing some interference as well. Broken back of iPhone. Cute case but not strong.

Don’t do it guys! It’s super cute and you would think Otterbox would be strong but NO :( the back of my iPhone 14 pro max shattered when it fell down. I loved that the case was slim and had light glitter but dang was I disappointed. I’ve bought cheap-y cases on Amazon that never broken the back of my iPhone ever. Sadly this product did not live up to the brand name.

Yellowed and discolored

The only reason I kept it is bc my phone is yellow and you can’t see it when on the phone.
