Wanted an up grade and decided to go to Best Buy in Bayshore, was the best thing I did the store clerk was wonderful he answered all my questions. And even helped me pick out a phone case.

So far it is performing great. My iPhone 12 was not working well and it was recommended I get a new phone. I wanted a 16 but Best Buy won't lsell you an iPhone 16 if you use Comcast as your carrier. So I got the 15+
