I normally love Otterbox cases and their customer service but this one is defective. The color is super pretty and I'm bummed that I won't be able to use it.

Because it’s mostly silicone covered with a hard shell under it’s difficult to get in and out of your pocket, as the silicone grabs everything. Also after just a few weeks there are a bunch of shiny spots on the edges just from going in an d out of my pocket.
