    Product is wonderful and the service I received in transferring information from for XS to this 16 went beyond my expectations. Johana and Dominic were extremely patient and knowledgeable. Keep them! They are both assets!

    I probably would prefer "Good +". The only thing I see wrong is that the up and down buttons on volume do not precisely line up with the buttons on the phone. So sometimes they can be fussy.
