The reason being that the power button was really hard. At first i didn't mind, but then i would try to turn on my phone and instead of turning it on it would get bixby instead.

It was too loose. When I picked up my phone, it felt like the case could come off easily.

Once she got accustomed to the larger size she found it easier to use and no lag whatsoever when scrolling... the camera performs well and it's a nice looking phone.
