Pro: Protection for both Pro4 and keyboard. Other cover only protected the Pro4. Con: To use cover kickstand, needs to be disengage from the Pro4 cover which is challenging

I bought this case so I would have good protection and I like it but the only complaint is that it is hard to open for the stand but love the durability.

It fits perfectly on the Surface Pro 4. I love being able to take my laptop to class without having to worry about it becoming scratched or cracked.

I went to a best buy mobile in Annapolis mall and the staff was great! They originally helped me purchase my surface pro. When I got it, I asked what would be the best for protecting my surface. I was deciding between this otterbox or some other cases. They told me the benefits of the otterbox and sold me on the product. They did not have it in store, but they ordered it for me and it arrived quickly. I haven't dropped my pro at all but I love the way it looks and feels. I now have peace of mind if it should fall on the ground

Great protection for Microsoft Surface Pro. Hate to put such a bulky cover on such a nice machine, but it is used by a 12yr old.

This screen cover seems to give a bit of added protection to the outer cover of my Surface Pro 4. It is a little awkward to use with the stand pulled out, but it's difficult to picture a better way to protect the entire unit as a single piece (i.e.: without detaching the keyboard and enclosing both separately). Definitely helps around the house. I would put the whole thing in a soft case with padding for travel.

Fits nice and snug. I read a lot of reviews about people having problems extending the kickstand but I don't seem to have that problem. The problem I do seem to come across is that when the kickstand is open, the upper portion of the otterbox slides up causing the port openings to become misaligned and preventing me from pressing the power button. It's easily fixed by sliding it back on, but it's kind of a hassle.

I've tried a few cases for my SP4. This is the first one I've found that offers more than basic protection. My only complaint is the keyboard section, it is hard to get on correctly and the keyboard still pops out periodically. Also, having to detach the case corners for the kickstand is tough at first but it works well overall. I use this in my hands most of the time and it feels great in the hand.

I was contemplating either this or the warranty. It adds a little weight but gives me piece of mind about protection.

Excellent fit. Hugs the Surface Pro well. Extremely well built by Otter. Kinda tough pulling out kick stand tho.

Feel like it protects my Surface Pro perfectly. Easy to it put on and feel much safer carrying it around.

Very nice cover for surface Pro 4. Only downside I have found is no place to secure the surface pen on this cover. Magnetic only.

the symmetry protects it when its closed and open. it looks great! the corners on the back stand are very stiff at first, but break in well. it has vents on the side so the SP4 can breathe and doesn't hamper the fans. the only draw back is the cover lessens the magnets that hold the stylus to the side.

This is a great case to protect my surface without being rugged and bulky.

I have done a lot of research and this otterbox case is very slim line for an otterbox but still offers the protection that is needed. The case also allows you to retain all the useful ports as well as the factor that it allows for the full use of the original kick stand that is built into the surface pro. Also this case is one of the few that offers both protection on the surface pro as well as to the key board attachment.

Definitely a great purchase if you're looking for something to protect your computer from falls. Dropped computer from the back of a camel (long story) and this case protected my tablet.

Easy to install and use and covers entire surface and keyboard. Not bulky.

It did everything it said it would. I wasn't sure what the best option was, but I guessed on this one and it worked great. The only thing that would have been better is if someone, anyone, at the store would have helped me. I tried to find someone for 10 min then gave up and bought the item to try it.
