Posted .Sorry to hear you've had some trouble keeping a handle on your first-ever Galaxy/Otter combo. As one of our most streamlined options, we opted to go with a smooth finish for the Symmetry Clear Series case to make it easy to grab from pockets and such.
If it ends up being a deal-breaker for you, maybe check out our Defender Series. That one has an outer synthetic rubber slipcover that will definitely provide more grip!

The top of my phone got scratched up from trying to get my phone into the case. The phone case is not worth $50, plus it scratches your phone. I'm very upset cos my phone is new and now it's ruined.

Pretty, but poor quality

The softer/rubberized parts also started to yellow very quickly. For the price and how great the brand has been in the past I expected much better quality.

The phone glass is raised above the edges of this case. The sides of the case are rough and not comfortable to hold. Would definitely not recommend for the high price.

Sides are stained/dirty!

The sides look disgusting!!! I am not usually in dirty places either, I work in an office and a lot of times my phone sits on my desk or on the counter at home... So I wouldn't say it gets a lot of use. I've bought cheaper clear cases off amazon and they haven't stained this quickly! I won't buy another clear otterbox because of this reason. Very disappointing for what you pay for it.
