The quality of this case is poor, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. Initially, the case appeared to be super cute, but that illusion quickly faded within two weeks. Coincidentally, this happens to be the exact timeframe for returns at Best Buy. How convenient, right? After just a month of normal use, the case now looks old, yellow and worn out. It's a complete joke! I contacted OtterBox about the poor quality, and they agreed to replace the case. However, they had the audacity to demand that I pay the exorbitant shipping cost of $9.99. Seriously, after spending almost $55.00 on this garbage, they want to squeeze more money out of me for their own mistake? What a rip-off! I genuinely believe that cheaper cases would have lasted longer than this pathetic excuse for a protective cover. It's clear that OtterBox cares more about their profit margins than providing customers with a durable product. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment. Do not waste your hard-earned money on this sorry excuse for a phone case. Look elsewhere for a reliable and long-lasting option. OtterBox has lost a customer for life.

Not What I Expected

Instead it is a dull color and doesn't show the color of my phone at all. While I'm sure it will be good for my phone with drops, I am disappointed in the look.
