Can it protect the phone? Yes, but this item does not keep out dust or any small particles. Also, there is no protection for the cameras.

Posted .Hi there! We apologize if the Symmetry Series case for your Galaxy S23 Ultra wasn't what you were hoping for. While this case doesn't have a cover for your camera, it does have raised edges around your screen and camera lens to assist with drop protection. You're correct in saying this case does not include a charging port door though. We have a variety of case options available with differing features, so we'd recommend checking out our Commuter Series or Defender Series cases if that port protection is important to you.
As far as pricing goes, we think the cost of the unit is well worth the high-caliber protection, outstanding customer service, and limited lifetime warranty that all come along with the product.
