It feels like the cover barely fits the phone and feels very unprotected. I alwaya gotta be pushing down the phone on the edges so that the case can fit in properly. Also, it feels like the front screen has no protection with the case.

This case doesn't protect your expensive new phone at all. I dropped it from about 3 feet onto the sidewalk and completely fractured the screen within a couple months of owning it. Now the corner of the case has ripped. I'm not hard on my phone and am really disappointed that the 1st phone I splurged on right when it came out was not protected. In addition to not being protective I've never had a case wear through on a corner. Please buy something better even if it's bulkier! I'm buying a replacement now.

Bought this case bcuz its suppose to b a great case!!! Dropped my phone from sofa arm rest wich is about 2 ft may b and my phone cracked in the back. Called company they said they cant help bcuz they only test cases for their purposes and dont guarantee anything.

I've previously gotten this same case for my Note 20 ultra and loved it (besides the yellowing) but this new version is alot more flimsy, does not fit snug, is more of a cloudy white color instead of a clear glitter, and the buttons move. Did not like this case at all! Definitely not worth $50!

2 week old phone, screen scattered

Tonight it dropped from less than 4 feet. My screen is now shattered and i have pink and green lines down my screen. I also have a zagg screen protector. So much for drop protection
