The cutout around the charging port make a weird feeling when trying to hold and use the phone. Besides all that, the top and bottom piece do not match (the top is clear and the bottom has a yellow hint to it, and this was on all if them that were in store).

Good protection poor design

I have bigger hands so perhaps thats part of it but if you are trying to use samsung pay or just unlock the device to use the cover screen, the bulkiness will prevent you from doing so.
