Only issues was the adhesive on the front case portion would pull the SIM card tray out and phone would say no SIM installed . Washed adhesive off that portion and problem solved. Could have been user error, not sure, but not a deal breaker

It didnt cover the hinge so i would be very careful using this. I returned it once i ordered a Spigen case with hinge protection.

However I get an error for sum tray open. It fits the need and no other issues. Just as a heads up it does not cover the spine of the phone. If you are looking to use the stylus then get the samsung case because it comes with the stylus amd case for $100 which is a good deal.

This is not the quality product I was accustomed to getting from OtterBox. Bottom line, this is an inferior product, it slips off the phone easily, it does not allow for wireless charging and there is no protection for the screen. Maybe the Defender Series is a better options.

I usually buy my cases off of eBay but this phone came in quicker than I could order it. Again it's a solid case I just don't like paying this much for cases for phones.

I only bought it so I could charge it wirelessly on my car mount.

I am pleased to say it appears the addition of clear plastic borders offers an additional benefit. I am anxious to continue testing my FLIP PHONE.
