Took this on a trip to Indio and kept everything cold!

I used this two years in a row for a 3 day camping trip. Well, this worked OK for the first time I took it camping. After two days, the ice had melted and the spigot on the side leaked. I was under the impression the ice would've lasted longer. Otherwise, it's very sturdy and I liked the top section.

It has been so hot and keeps ice for a long time but I thought it would do better.

We actually bought this product and returned it the next day. It is way too heavy to carry when it is loaded with ice and beverages.

Third day of camping with temps in the 80s and even with frequent opening and closing, the ice is still intact. Good capacity, and we also like the stability--it doesn't slide around in the back of our truck during transport. The latches are secure but easy to open and close, even one-handed. Solid construction and great quality!

When it comes to outdoor gear, OtterBox is a fairly new contender in this space. However, they produced exactly the quality that I have come to expect from anything with the OtterBox name it. The cooler is rugged, bear proof and can be divided into sections. The accessories are top notch and we have already purchased more items. Do yourself a favor and check it out. One look and you will want the entire line. I can't wait for more items to come out. The Otterbox Venture Cooler is amazing. We were able to keep ice in the cooler for days without issue. Our drinks were colder in the cooler than they were in our fridge. The cooler is perfectly sized for road trips and camping trips. You can use the divider to keep food separate from the ice if needed. I would highly recommend this cooler.

The OtterBox Venture 45 Cooler is rugged as all get out. I can't believe how durable it is! This is a great addition for anyone who camps or spends time outdoors. I'm glad to have this is our camping arsenal.
