We did have a issue with the first unit which we returned and Best Buy sent us a second unit and work without any issues.

Twice bought, twice defective. Nice floor lamp

The second one has cable which is stuck too tight, so when the middle part of the pole was rotated for screwing to the bottom part, the cable broke. I decided to open the unit and fixed/soldered the cable so I don't need to return it again. It worked and it's a good floor lamp.

Great features, the way the tray swings out, multidirectionally. And all the lighting choices (dimming, type of light, etc.). And got it at a great sale price!

Defect and not lighting up

I am trying to contact the company as it is still under warranty. But I have never heard back from them and the lighting is still in original box. Not sure what I can do with it.

It does not work
