My family LOVES OttLite. We own several of their products, and havent ever had issues. We ordered 2 different OttLites on this purchase, and the orher one is great. But this particular light flashes endlessly while turned on, on both the white lamp and the color base. I’m super disappointed as this was purchase specifically for myself, while most of the other OttLites we own are used primarily by other members of my family. Hopefully i will be able to exchange for the exact same light, as I really like rhe color base.

The lamp base works great and most nights the lamp itself does too, however the lamp will randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night.

Seems like nice lamp. Color changing is good. The lamp light is bright and has 3 different modes. Problem is touch button to power/switch modes is very sensitive. Light would change and turn on/off without me touching it.

Light is very bright but it keeps turning off. I thought it had an auto shut off but it doesn’t. Then I thought the plug was coming out of the back but that wasn’t it either. Unfortunately it’s going back. Not sure if I got a lemon or if this is a common issue.
