The sizing kit makes purchasing your Oura Ring4 simple. Try the size that you think is right, wear it for a day or two and then try sizing up or down to make sure. You can't make it much more simple then that.

If you are considering the ring get this kit and wear it for as long as is required to get a real feel for how your finger(s) change in size and find the best combo or ring and finger. I should have done it right the first time and I wouldnt have had to exchange the first actual Oura I purchased.

Although still undecided, the rings allowed us to properly size the Oura rings we may get.

The "online" purchase is good. Reason for online, went to the store in Davenport Iowa for the following: - wife needed to have warranty screen protector fixed-- had to down grade due to screen no longer available to best buy. - went to TV section to look at upgrading to 60 plus inch flat screen-- noone asked us if we needed information or to purchase. - we need to replace our washer, went to that section-- again, a couple of best buy shirt wearing employees to busy at a counter with their cell phones to ask if we needed assistance.
