    The "online" purchase is good. Reason for online, went to the store in Davenport Iowa for the following: - wife needed to have warranty screen protector fixed-- had to down grade due to screen no longer available to best buy. - went to TV section to look at upgrading to 60 plus inch flat screen-- noone asked us if we needed information or to purchase. - we need to replace our washer, went to that section-- again, a couple of best buy shirt wearing employees to busy at a counter with their cell phones to ask if we needed assistance.

    IMO there is definitely a difference in size between the sizing kit and the actual Oura ring. Based on the sizing kit, I was a 10, however, after wearing my actual Oura ring I believe I could have sized down to a 9. I did wear the sizing kit for the recommended amount of time prior to purchasing the ring. I just feel like the sizing kit was tighter than the ring itself.
