    I’ve been wanting an oura ring for a long time because I really wanted to track my cycles and how well I sleep at night. If you’re looking to calendar count and you’re not on any birth control this is definitely the way to go. It also gives you so much information about yourself like your vitals (respiration rate, oxygen levels, heart rate), how well you slept, and helps to track your activity for the day and makes recommendations based on your previous day or trend. It’s just another way of helping to live a healthier life. It does so much more than my Apple Watch.

    My experience in the store was FANTASTIC. The Store Manager, Ken, did me a solid and took care of me with a price match on an Oura ring which I was super thankful for. He got it ordered for me and delivered quickly. Super happy to have purchased my ring from there. The ring itself is super uncomfortable and scratches super easily which I am bummed about. I plan to swap it out for a larger size and hope it’s more comfortable.

    Since my wife was diagnosed with epilepsy the ring changed her life because oura ring notifies her about her stress levels and sends her a notification on the phone letting her know that she needs to calm down and that's helpful for me because I can't stay with her the whole time due to my work but now with the ring we are able to control a little bit more her symptoms
