I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 for a little while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best health and sleep tracker I’ve ever owned. The new sensors are incredibly accurate, and the insights I get every morning actually help me understand how I slept and how to plan my day. The ring is lightweight, comfortable, and way more convenient than wearing a bulky smartwatch 24/7. I barely notice it’s on. The updated design looks sleek and premium, and the battery life is impressive — I can go days without charging it. The app is super clean and easy to use. I love the detailed breakdown of sleep stages, readiness score, and activity tracking. The new features feel more personalized, and the data actually matches how my body feels throughout the day. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. The Oura Ring 4 is absolutely worth it. Perfect for anyone who wants serious health insights without sacrificing comfort or style. 10/10!

Love it so far, the data is great although the sizing is tough ! I have small fingers at the base compared to the knuckle. With the sizer a 6 seemed like it would be great but the actual is a little too loose to the point I’m nervous about it slipping off, especially now in winter but its comfortable to wear at night. The 5 sizer made me nervous wearing at night with it being a little too tight. Still thinking I’ll have to return and get the smaller size. The actual ring material is a bit slippier on your finger than the plastic sizer so that’s something to keep in mind. Even the Oura faq says it should come off with soap and water, like it should be that sung.

Bought this one for my wife after I had mine for a couple months. I find the ring more comfortable to wear than watches and the app is easy to use and I find myself utilizing multiple areas of the app for everyday analysis of myself.

So glad I purchased this, excellent metrics, easier to wear. In fact I sometimes forget I have it on. Feedback on my sleep patterns detailed & sorely needed.

Love the battery life and the tracking! Hate the ring is made of plastic! That is really a bummer! I would pay more for a metal ring even stainless steel, or real silver! Would have given this 2 star but I really love the tech!

I love the Oura ring. I have used fitness trackers for years. From Fitbits to Apple Watches to Samsung watches. This is by far the most accurate, easiest to wear and has the longest lasting battery. It is an absolute necessity for those needing to understand their sleep, keep an eye on the Oxygen saturation, steps and pulse.

Purchased this item for myself... Have been wearing for approximately 14 days now and I've only charged it on the weekend. Great battery life. I work in constructions and had concerns of it being scratched, happy to report none have occurred. Durable, lightweight, and waterproof build makes it comfortable for daily use. Application provides detailed description of useful data to improve on quality of life. Calorie / steps tracker #'s may be slightly off, however in my opinion the pros outweigh the cons. The meditation feature is also enjoyable and used sometimes before going to sleep. Also bought one for my wife, she enjoys the ceramic white color and also shares similar positive feedback.

My our ring has helped me regain some sanity when it comes to sleeping. It’s helped with period tracking and comfortable to wear.

Good battery life, easy to scratch but the subscription price is annoying

Easy to wear and provides good insights on sleep and activity. Readiness, lowest heart rate, and heart rate variability are useful things to know. Easier for me to keep it on 24/7 than a watch.

Looks great and feels great to wear. Comfortable fit with a great sleep tracking. Definitely would recommend.

I really love the ring! I had to exchange for a size up because the sizing ring I used in-store didn't give me the exact right size, but now I am really happy with it. I usually go with gold but this rose gold is a really subtle pretty color. Very comfortable and giving me lots of good health info! I am worried it is going to get scratched but not much to be done about that - the battery life is excellent and it charges really quickly when needed!

As someone who suffers from fatigue I dedcided to give smart rings a try to see how I sleep and so far its been pretty insightful. When I have a crappy night of sleep, I can write what things happened before bed or during the night that way I can form pattern and improve my overall sleep. It did detect that I was getting sick. It clocked it on the second day, and I think the only reason it didn't click the first day is because I hadn't put in my cycle yet, and it was probably trying to figure out what day I was on. I think once I get through a full 28 day it will be very helpful with health insights.

Overall - I love it! The thing I will say about this device is that it is somewhat bulky- if they could fix that — I’d give it a 5. And maybe a couple other options — like white. The battery is good, the data is great, and it was easy to sign up and daily use it great.

Fits well, and holds a charge very well. Comfortable fit with accurate monitoring.

Health reporting is nice. Seems to do well with sleep tracking, but not very good at detecting daily exercise and activities. My biggest issue is the bulk, thickness, and somewhat sharp edges.I catch the band on things all day (pockets, mice, desktops, etc) and have a few times got it stuck in tight spots. Also, I have clanked my head a few times and rubbed my nose just to get a sharp edge to scratch my face. Anyway, cue device, but to clunky for my liking.

I love the ring it’s not only a cute accessory, but it really tracks everything I need to be tracked. Battery life is great as well!

I like that it tracks sleep, activity, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, and blood oxygen levels. I like wearing the ring at night rather than my watch. Although I think the ring is too expensive.

Don’t know what my daughter did without it. This was a gift she had been wanting for quite awhile. Works well for fitness, sleep, temperature quise, cycle, etc. she says it keeps better track than her watch. She has been stopped quite a few times by others who are interested in one and she gives it rave reviews

I am very pleased with the Oura Ring and the insight to health and sleeping. The activity tracking is pretty accurate so long as you take the time to review the notifications and it's the best device I've found so far to track health without being annoying and being discrete. I wish you didn't have to pay for the subscription to the app, but after evaluating Oura app vs. some others, I determined it was worth the extra expense.
