I got this to track my cycle and my sleep, and it has been amazing so far! My watch has to charge every single night, so I can't track my sleep. I love that the battery life gets me to about a week so I don't have to worry about charging it every night like I do my watch.

Finally got an Oura ring. I already have an apple watch, but I love the Oura ring specifically for sleep and for the reminders about my bed time and stress levels and when to take it easy. I am really enjoying it so far.

Sizing rings seem to be a but smaller than actual ring size. I wore an 8 in sizing kit rings but my size 8 oura ring is definitely bigger. The sizing kit would often run sung to make me question sizing up, glad i didnt. Now im having to ys lasux and its making it even looser

Works amazing! Wife loves it and talks about it everyday! Has not takin it off.

Doesn’t stay connected to bluetooth, constantly chips and does not hold charge. Looks great and does all the things I was looking for

My oura ring 4 is terrific! I thought I wasn't getting enough sleep, turns out I was getting enough sleep but not enough deep and rem sleep. Our also alerted me to a high fever and lowe energy. I really love this ring!

I love my Oura Ring. It tells me when I don't sleep well, when I have something abnormal going on in my body. Many perks with this ring. I do wish it would last longer when I charge it.

I thought it was silly to spend this much money on one of these but I really wanted to track my sleep and temperature and knew this would be a little more accurate than a smart watch. What’s nice about this is I also have a Garmin watch so whenever one is charging I have the other for a back up.

This ring is great, way better than the samsung fing i used to own.. the metrics are better and so is the trackijg will definitely recommend.

I got this ring as a gift for my wife and she loves it. The app is miles ahead of other fitness/wellness apps and the sleep tracking has been a cool feature to have as wearing a watch to bed isn't comfortable.
